This L-shaped 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom bungalow offering over 6500 sq ft is a development property 6 miles south-west of Cambridge. Nestled in a heavily protected conservation area, we worked with our client throughout the entire project help them deliver this project.
Our brief was to assist our developer / contractor client through the planning, building regulations and construction phases of the project. W e provided the architectural, structural and drainage designs from conception to handover, and assisted the client through consultations with the ecologist, SAPS engineer, arboriculturalist, as well as liaising with the planning and conservation team and the approved building inspector.
