The Coachman’s House, Thames Ditton

Complete deep retro-fit of this historic property originally built in mid 19th Century. We were brought on at the conception of the project through to completetion and handover.

Our task was to design and build a scheme that re-organised, upgraded, and refreshed this mid-19th century home within the Elmbridge Conservation Area. We were brought on at the project conception and guided the client through to completetion and handover.

The full renovation works included internal wall insulation, floor and roof insulation, internal structural alterations, new staircase, new windows and external doors, new heating and electrical services, new bathroom and creation of a new secondary WC on ground floor, new kitchen and utility, and finishes and decoration throughout the house.

“I am very happy with the final result, and have enjoyed working with both you and Mark. Thank you for your support and guidance along the way.”

- Chris R, Private Landlord.
