Our brief was to transform an underloved 1930’s semi-detached house into a warm, cosy home fit for a young family.

We worked closely with the client to retrofit the property into a beautiful family home. The Kitchen and Dining Room was opened up to create a flexible cooking / eating space, perfect for lapping up the afternoon sun, and making the most of the views down towards the Brighton & Hove coastline.

The project involved full cavity wall insulation, new central heating system and electrics throughout, new roof covering and upgrading of the loft insulation to modern standards. The interior fit-out included a new bathroom fit for a family, a secondary WC on ground floor, new kitchen, floor finishes, painting and decoration.
